Gallant maiden hefeweizen wheat Ale
Refreshing citrus comes through this unfiltered straw-colored beer to match with a taste of pleasant bread crust. A bright effervescence helps carry the subtle banana and spice flavors into the finish.

The Gallant Maiden gives homage to the early Seattle industry, salmon fishing. The Gallant Maiden was the name of a salmon fishing/ canning vessel based in Seattle. Every fall when we cast our fly rod off of Lincoln Park hoping to catch one of these mighty fish, we think back, wondering what the fishing was like 100 years ago.
