3-Grid India Pale Ale
A blend of Yakima hops give this northwest-style IPA a big, juicy, tropical, citrus flavor. The light caramel and soft bready malts balance but don't interfere with the big hop character. It finishes dry leaving you ready for more hoppy goodness.

3-Grid IPA is named after the 3 street grids of downtown Seattle. The story is there was disagreement between the founding families on how the streets should be laid out. What resulted it 3 distinct grids running into each other, creating unique triangle shaped blocks. Originally, our IPA was made with 3 grains and 3 hops, so it was a natural fit. Since then, we have fine-tuned this IPA to maximize hop aroma while creating a more "sessionable" IPA.
